Methodology

Per-user-week aggregation: for each user in each ISO week during 2025, count news videos watched (author in 99-handle news allowlist). Median taken within each age group to neutralise power-user concentration. Based on video metadata coverage of ~61% of watched videos, so counts are a lower bound. Includes users with tracked news activity only.
