Methodology

Proportions based on 1,131 active Amazon.de shoppers with full panel coverage in 2025 (n=1,131, ESS=682). Segments defined by annual order count: Light <6, Medium 6–23, Heavy ≥24. Data is AGOF-weighted to German online population. Note: this distribution is conditional on 'active' status (≥1 order in 2025); shoppers without any 2025 Amazon orders do not appear in the base. Sample is biased toward loyal Amazon users due to survivorship effects.
