At Datapods, we are democratizing customer insights based on actual behavioral consumer data. We provide a North Star for product and marketing teams, helping them keep customer centricity at their core by truly listening to their audience. To facilitate this, the Datapods agent provides visibility into customers' online behavior, from ad impressions and search queries to purchase decisions. To ensure our data is accurate and based on real people, we have built our own proprietary first-party data panel. The unique data derived from this set of users allows teams to peek behind the walled gardens of Google, Meta, Amazon, and TikTok, making deep insights accessible at the push of a button.

We are convinced that technology adoption in consumer insights has been held back by poor data availability and high retrieval costs. Therefore, we set out to collect and prepare this data to empower our clients to make the most informed decisions possible. Making this intelligence available continuously across teams has the power to truly drive customer centricity in any organization.

That's why we are building Datapods' autonomous agent based on the highest dimensionality behavioral dataset ever assembled.

About Datapods

Datapods develops an autonomous AI solution that lets clients understand the behavior of their target audiences. By combining data from the largest data collectors, previously hidden data from inside the walled gardens of big tech is revealed. This provides a holistic view of the consumer, tracing the path from the initial ad impression on social media and subsequent browser searches, all the way to the final product purchase. The data for these analyses comes from a proprietary German panel built by Datapods.
